Our People and Nominations Committee, plays a key part in our organisation’s governance, ing both the BAOT Council (union and parent company) and RCOT Board of Trustees (charity and subsidiary) by

• overseeing our people strategy to ensure alignment with our organisational values and guiding us towards long-term success
• ing our governing bodies in electing and recruiting talented individuals, succession planning, appraising their own performance and embedding strong, transparent procedures in of all these activities.
